Ellen Snook

Ellen Snook, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Talent Enablement at Eastlink, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ellen worked at Royer Thompson as a Consultant from January 2018 to November 2021, specializing in HR advisory services and comprehensive talent management consulting. Ellen also held positions at the Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia as a Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant during 2016 and 2017, where responsibilities included grievance tracking, recruitment assistance, and administrative support. Earlier experience includes serving as Aquatics Manager at Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre from April 2014 to August 2015, overseeing operations and staff management. Ellen holds a Master of Business Administration (Global) from the University of Aberdeen and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Employment Relations from Acadia University.
