Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith has an extensive background in information systems security and technology planning, currently serving as Director of Information Systems Security at Eastlink since September 2008, where previous roles included National Manager and Manager of Systems Infrastructure. Prior to Eastlink, Jeff held the position of IT Security Architect at Aliant for a brief period in 2008, and served as Network Architect at Bell Canada from 2003 to 2008. Jeff began a career at Aliant in 1998 as a Service Designer, contributing valuable expertise in network and security architecture. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with an Advanced Major in Statistics from Dalhousie University, awarded from 1987 to 1994.
