Sheldon MacKinnon

Sheldon MacKinnon is an experienced technology and operations leader with a robust background in cybersecurity, compliance, and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Cybersecurity and Compliance at Eastlink since August 2025, MacKinnon previously held the position of Head of Technology at Track Group from January 2015 to July 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing solutions design, managing technical staff, and leading SOC2 audits. MacKinnon has also served as General Manager at Kerr Global Communication, significantly increasing device contracts and net income, and as Operations Manager at both Frontier Technologies and Bell Aliant, focusing on budget management and team leadership. MacKinnon's educational qualifications include a Certificate in Financial Management from Saint Mary's University.
