Stephen McGrath

Stephen McGrath is an experienced telecommunications professional with a diverse background in wireless operations and engineering. Since September 2014, Stephen has held various roles at Eastlink, currently serving as Senior Manager of Ran Operations, where responsibilities include developing HSPA/LTE acceptance test practices and managing fibre/coax RL test documentation. Previous positions at Eastlink include Operations Manager and Wireless Operations Supervisor, with a focus on training, network outage resolutions, safety audits, and asset management. Before Eastlink, Stephen worked at Telus Mobility as an RF Operations Specialist and Commissioning Specialist, where expertise in cellular base station repair and integration was demonstrated. Stephen also has a background as a Sole Proprietor at Prism Contracting and as an Apprentice Electrician at Lazer Electric. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Supervisory Development from Saint Mary’s University and a diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology from Durham College.
