EastWest (东西) is a Europe–China business bridge based in Koper. We help companies on both sides run cross-border deals end to end: sourcing from China, exporting into China, partner search, market entry, negotiation, and the work that doesn't fit a clean category.

From industrial consumables and custom parts to robots, automation tech, machinery, and beyond - if a European company needs to source it, or a producer needs to reach Chinese buyers, we can run the deal.

How it works: You tell us what you need. We come back with a real plan - a landed price, a partner profile, a scope of work, or a clear next step. You decide. No pressure, no upfront fee to EastWest. We get paid on closed deals.
Our edge is relationships. The co‑founder Xu Yidan negotiates as a Chinese buyer, not a foreign one: long‑term guanxi with factories and distributors across China. That means you don't pay the inflated "foreigner price" most Western buyers get. And behind the two of us sits a working network of specialists we bring in project by project - sector experts, lawyers, customs brokers, on‑the‑ground operators, so each deal gets the right people on it.
Based in Koper, Slovenia - at the Central European's shortest sea route to Asia. Serving B2B clients across Europe.
东西 - Europe and China, in both directions.
