A Real Estate Agent is called "Seller's agent" because they stand at the seller's side. While for me, as a Buyer's Agent I stand at the buyer's side. 

My tagline is: unless you know what questions to ask, you might be in for money pitfalls and traps.

Therefore, I have 3 main service offerings:
1. COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTY PURCHASE. With this service you just stand behind me and I do everything for you, right from research, home inspection, negotiation, talking to builder and agents, etc. Basically you would settle on a GREAT quality property without the stress.

2. PROPERTY NEGOTIATION. If you already have a property that you have your eyes on, I can just come in and do the negotiation part for you. 

3. HOME-AND-LAND PURCHASE. I have builders approaching me and trying to offload their products. In a Home and Land estate you normally have hundreds of lots available. I have filtered and sort them out and present the ones that are outstanding compared to the rest. With this service you get to enjoy a free Comprehensive Buyer's Agent service because I get a referral from the builder.
