Dave Richter

Dave Richter is the Vice President of Operations for Silver Star Brands, overseeing six direct-to-consumer brands. With over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service within the consumer goods industry, Dave has held leadership roles including Vice President of Consumer Packaged Goods at Alta Resources. Dave earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally, Dave is a co-owner of Greene's Pour House and an accomplished musician, having performed extensively across the Midwest. Dave also contributes to the community by serving on boards for Greater Oshkosh Economic Development Corporation and Oshkosh Area United Way, where they will be Co-Chair for the 2025 campaign.
