Sean Au

Sean Au is a seasoned business analyst and blockchain expert currently working at Easy Crypto, where responsibilities include translating business needs into technical requirements and managing notable projects such as automating the filing of STR/PTR to the NZ Financial Intelligence Unit. With an extensive background in blockchain and distributed ledger technologies, Sean has served on various working groups for the ISO TC307 Technical Committee and held leadership positions in organizations like SubQuery and BlockchainNZ, where contributions included educating and empowering members of the blockchain community. Previous roles at Chainalysis and Consensys focused on training and education across the APAC region, while earlier positions involved technical leadership and integration efforts at 9Spokes and Propellerhead. Sean holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
