Steven Zhu

Steven Zhu is the founder of Easy Interview (EasyInterview.ai), a job marketplace that remembers each candidate and each employer and automatically schedules interviews between them. They have served as a Yale Alumni Association board member since 2023, as the youngest board member from the Graduate School, and they contribute to the Yale community. They previously held roles including Product Manager at HireyApp (2021–2022) and served as the U.S. General Manager for Hirey, where they built the marketing, sales, and operations teams and scaled the user base from 0 to 1.5 million and revenue from 0 to $5 million. Their earlier internships include Consulting Intern at Boston Consulting Group in 2017, Strategy & Investment Intern at ByteDance in 2020, and Private Equity Intern at Primavera Capital Group in 2020. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Statistics and Data Science at Yale University, are an exchange student at Harvard College, and are pursuing a BA in Economics at Peking University.
