As Program Manager, Jake is responsible for overseeing the successful integration and utilization of Easy Metrics with their customers. This includes all aspects of each implementation from the sales handoff to their ongoing customer support. He works with the individual PM assigned to each implementation to ensure that each is completed in a timely manner and that each customer receives a consistent, excellent experience. Having worked at Easy Metrics for over 10 years he is experienced in working with all aspects of the system. He often uses this experience to help new customers solve their unique data capture challenges.
In Jake’s personal time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoy playing soccer, and board games with his friends.
