easy plant food is the nutrition work of Certified Nutritionist Merle Annika Röckmann, based in Berlin. I combine evidence-based nutrition science with Ayurvedic principles to help people move from restriction and confusion to calm digestion, steady energy, and a more relaxed relationship with food.

There is no one-size-fits-all diet. The same meal can nourish one person and deplete another. Instead of rigid plans, I focus on what your body actually needs now — based on your constitution, digestion (Agni), lifestyle, and season.

What I offer
• 1:1 nutrition consultations — online or in person, flexible around your schedule
• Ayurvedic & plant-based nutrition — evidence-informed, never dogmatic
• Support for digestive issues, low energy, emotional eating, hormonal balance, sustainable weight regulation
• Workshops in Berlin and online — on seasonal eating, Ayurveda, emotional eating, food rhythms, and more
• Cooking classes — for individuals, small groups, and corporate team events, online or at your location

Whether you're looking for personalized dietary planning, a team cooking experience, or a structured workshop — easy plant food offers pragmatic, individualized guidance rooted in both ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern nutritional science.
