Robert Mansaray has a diverse range of work experience. Robert started their career at Imres Pharmacy in 1998 as a Public Relations Coordinator. In 1999, they transitioned to Paul Keller Transport Company LTD as a Logistics Coordinator. In 2013, they joined SLaDA as a Social Marketing Operations Manager, where they played a crucial role in recruitment, training, and reviewing the marketing and sales team. Robert then joined Care International In Sierra Leone in 2014 as a Sales and distribution Team Leader, where they supervised and evaluated national staff. Also in 2014, they were appointed Acting National Director at Sierra Leone Social Marketing and Development Agency, where they assumed leadership and management responsibilities such as engaging constituents and partnering organizations, developing high-performing staff, ensuring programmatic excellence, and overseeing risk management. In 2017, they joined Easy Solar as the National Retail Sales Manager.

Robert Mansaray completed their education in a chronological manner. Robert obtained a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration between 1998 and 2000. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from the same institution, graduating between 2000 and 2006.

In 2015, Mansaray enrolled at the University of Roehampton to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Robert successfully completed their MBA in 2018.

Additionally, Mansaray has obtained two additional certifications. In 2013, they received a certification in "Productive Dialogue and People Management" from Care Academy Veluwe. Then, in 2015, they obtained a certification in "Essentials of Nonprofit Strategy" from Philanthropy University | An Educational Initiative.
