Patricia Fraley

Patti Fraley serves as the Managing Member of EasyAppsOnline, LLC since August 2004, overseeing the management and development of a web-based application for health insurance enrollment and holding expertise as an Allstate Benefits Choice Partner. Additionally, Patti Fraley has been the President of CTTS, Inc. and its affiliated entity, Cincinnati Training Terminal and Services, Inc., since July 1985. Patti Fraley holds a Bachelor of Science degree and CPA certification in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Cincinnati, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
