Faiçal Orakzai

Faiçal Orakzai has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, they worked as a Sales Coordinator at Concorde hotel. Faiçal then went on to work as a Marketing and Sales Manager at Smerep in 2009, where they supervised marketing and sales campaigns and managed a team of 30 sales executives. From 2010 to 2012, Faiçal worked as a Sales Manager at Marcus Evans, where they researched, contacted, negotiated, and closed deals with senior level decision makers in the financial industry. Faiçal also managed sales teams and facilitated their training and recruitment. In 2012, they joined Kaplan International Colleges as a Sales Manager, overseeing a team of 28 sales consultants and managing markets in MENA, Turkey, Latin America, Spain, and France. From 2013 to 2016, Faiçal served as a Senior Sales Manager at Kaplan Digital English. In 2017, they worked briefly as a Business Development Manager at the University of Law and as a Senior Partnership Manager at busuu, part of McGraw-Hill Education. Since 2017, Faiçal has been the Co-founder and CEO of easyBNB, a growing short term rental management company with operations in multiple countries. In 2018, they co-founded and became the CEO of Phenix, a real estate investment management company that aids international investors in identifying real estate investment opportunities in Europe.

Faiçal Orakzai has a strong educational background in the field of International Business Administration. In 2005, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Trade and Sales from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). Faiçal further pursued their studies in this field and obtained a Master's degree from Mälardalen University in 2007. Continuing their academic journey, Faiçal completed another Master's degree, this time in International Business Administration, at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 2008.
