Saiful Izad

Saiful Izad has held various roles in various companies since 2006. Saiful began their career as a Customer Service Representative for Telekom Malaysia in 2006. Saiful then moved to Astro in 2007, where they again held the role of Customer Service Representative. In 2008, they became a Customer Service Representative for Sapura Technology Bhd, where they worked with the Malaysian Smiles department to entertain customers for the Smiles Driver Reward Program. In 2009, they moved to KFC & Pizza Hut Malaysia (QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd) as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Sales Engineer for M-ckd Precision Sdn Bhd, where they provided support and entertained customer inquiries for the automotive industry for pneumatic products. Finally, they were Deputy Account Director for Easybook from 2015 onward.

Saiful Izad completed their High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Kuala Lumpur in 2006.
