Bill Walker has over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. Bill started their career as a Finance and Insurance Executive at Zurich Financial Services, where they worked with dealer clients to improve operations and profitability in the F&I department. Bill then joined JM Family Enterprises, Inc. as a Supervisor Specialist Development, leading and developing a team of Finance and Insurance Specialists to mentor and train dealership Business Managers. Currently, they are with EasyCare (an APCO Holdings brand) as the National Director of Field Sales and Associations, responsible for leading and developing a diverse team of F&I professionals and delivering a fantastic dealership experience to guests.
