Uğur Türkoğlu

Uğur Türkoğlu has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Uğur most recently worked at EASYCEP as a Sales and Operations Planning Executive. Prior to that, they were an Operational Excellence Executive at Getir. At Hepsiburada, they served as an Operational Excellence Team Lead, where they were responsible for defining key performance metrics, improving data visualizations, and creating reports and dashboards. Uğur also worked at Assan Alüminyum as a Sales and Operations Planning Specialist, where they developed the S&OP process, analyzed supply and demand issues, and facilitated cultural changes associated with the S&OP process. Additionally, they had roles in long-term supply chain excellence and project management during their time at Assan Alüminyum. Uğur started their career as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Gezi Makinesi and later worked as a Sales Specialist. Uğur also gained experience as a System Consultant at Pronet Security Services, where they fulfilled sales targets, provided after-sales support, and continuously improved through feedback.

Uğur Türkoğlu completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2007 to 2011, they attended Icel Anatolian High School, where they studied Science. Following this, they enrolled in Marmara University in 2012 and completed a Prep School program in İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı (English Language and Literature). Subsequently, from 2013 to 2018, they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering at Marmara University, earning a Lisans Derecesi (Bachelor's Degree).

In addition to their formal education, Uğur Türkoğlu obtained several certifications. Uğur acquired a certification in Finance Break from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi in December 2022. Uğur also completed a Microsoft Excel VBA Advanced course at BilgeAdam Teknoloji in December 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Total Quality Management (TQM) and Production Management from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in August 2016 and July 2016, respectively. Uğur Türkoğlu attended a Body Language Training program at Istanbul Technical University in December 2013. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Entrepreneurship from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Mühendislik Kulübü (ENSO) in October 2012, in Supply Chain Management from World Experience Campus (WEC) in April 2015, and in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) from Universal Class in February 2014.
