Enrollment:
✔ Includes up to 3 provider visits per month (10 if family plan).
✔ No additional costs for monthly covered visits.
✔ Subscription costs may be paid using HSA funds.
✔ No core health plan change. We advise to still be part of a health plan, but is not required. 
✔ No contracts, can enroll any time, and billed month to month.
✔ Services may be cancelled any time with a 30 day written notice.
