Himanshu Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Himanshu is currently serving as the Chief of Staff in the Founder's Office at EASYECOM, a B2B SaaS company, starting from March 2022.

Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Operations and Project Manager in the Blockchain domain at Maxwell IoT Technologies from June 2021 to January 2022.

From September 2020 to September 2021, Himanshu worked as a Consultant in Strategy and Business Development in the e-commerce sector at Waisted™ Leather Products LLP.

Himanshu has a strong entrepreneurial background. Himanshu co-founded FRUSH™, a food and beverage venture, where they served as the CEO from July 2016 to May 2021 and as Head of Operations from July 2014 to June 2016.

Himanshu also played the role of Mentor and Investor in Charitism, a social venture, from December 2018 to September 2020, with a focus on raising charity free of cost and making positive changes in the world.

Himanshu has experience in recruitment as well, having worked as a Senior Recruiter for US positions at Optimum International Solutions from January 2018 to February 2019.

Furthermore, they co-founded Findsquare Edutech Services LLP, a SaaS company, where they worked as the Head of BizOps and Strategy from August 2016 to October 2017.

Himanshu's early career includes their role as a Founding Member and Vice President at the Entrepreneurship Cell, Amity Innovation Incubator, Jaipur from November 2014 to May 2015.

Himanshu also completed an Internship at the Ordnance Equipment Factory, Ministry of Defence, where they received hands-on training in the manufacturing of essential accessories and tools for defense equipment, specifically in the Lathe Department, from June 2014 to July 2014.

Himanshu Sharma completed their Executive Program in Business Management (EPBM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical & Automation Engineering at Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur, from 2011 to 2015. In 2010, Himanshu attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they focused on subjects related to Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Before that, from 2007 to 2008, they also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya to study Environmental Health and Safety Management Systems (EHMSS).

In terms of additional certifications, Himanshu obtained a certification in Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies from Duke University in May 2021. Furthermore, in 2014, they acquired Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from BSI (British Standards Institution).
