Faisal A. has been working in the Information Technology field since 2020. In that year, they began as an Information Technology Trainee for Sharjah Sports Council, where they provided first line response for assistance with IT issues and upgraded, installed and configured new hardware and software. Faisal also created a web app using the Django Framework. In 2020, they also began working as an Information Technology Help Desk Support for Techzium IT Solutions, where they served as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email, and performed remote troubleshooting through Anydesk. In 2021, Faisal A. began working as a Freelance WordPress/React Web Developer while also working as an IT Specialist/Web Developer for Abdulla Alsuwaidi Advocates & Legal Consultants, where they designed, implemented and managed websites using WordPress, collaborated with members of a creative team, managed front-end and back-end website development, created regular backups, maintained well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code, troubleshoot and resolved website problems for clients and co-workers, stayed abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices, and worked with vendors to make sure IT infrastructure was set up properly. Faisal A. is currently employed as a Technical Support Specialist for Easygenerator.

Faisal A. completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Ajman University between 2016 and 2020. Faisal also obtained certifications from the Cisco Networking Academy, Coursera, and Fortinet. These certifications include Introduction to Cybersecurity and Introduction to IoT from the Cisco Networking Academy in August 2019, Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship from Coursera in January 2018, and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate from Fortinet in November 2020.
