Tom van Berkel has over 10 years of work experience. Tom began their career in 2008 as Co-Founder of BoGames, an online mafia game for the Dutch market. In 2012, they became Co-Founder & Commercial Director of Mobiyou.nl, a B2B company that offers online marketing services with a focus on mobile solutions. Later that year, they joined Google as an Online Media Associate Intern in the Sales department. In 2013, they were promoted to Business Associate Intern in the Marketing department. Tom also completed their MSc thesis at Microsoft as a Sales & Marketing Intern in the Education Team. In 2015, Tom joined Salesforce as an Account Executive in the Enterprise Sales department and was later promoted to Enterprise Business Development - Team Lead. In 2017, they were appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Easygenerator. In 2019, they became a Member of Pavilion.

Tom van Berkel's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2010 to 2013. Tom also completed an MSc Exchange at The Wharton School in Business Administration in 2014. In 2013 and 2014, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Information Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In 2012, they completed a BSc Exchange at IE Business School in Business Administration. Tom also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2016 for an Executive Summer School. Additionally, Tom has obtained certifications in Digital Leadership from Growth Tribe (2022), The Science of Sales from LinkedIn (2017), and An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python from Coursera Verified Certificates (2014).
