Alan P.

Alan P. has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Alan started working as a Networking Specialist at MJR Instrument Services in 2014, where they installed Windows Based Networks for small office/home office (SOHO) setups and provided technical support to customers.

In 2018, Alan joined KRAFTON Inc. as an Assistant Community Coordinator. Alan managed and maintained the North America Social Channels for popular games like PUBG Support, PUBG PC Discord, and PUBG PC Steam Announcements. Alan actively monitored player feedback and bug reports, collaborating with the QA team. Later, Alan was promoted to the role of Community Manager, where they contributed to establishing the New State Mobile Social Media Channels and managed various tasks related to game launches, events, and community engagement.

In 2023, Alan joined Easygo as a Social Media Community Manager, focusing on community management and social media engagement strategies.
