Yuto Ito

Yuto Ito is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and media, currently serving as the CRM Team Lead for Localisation at Easygo since July 2021. Yuto has progressed through various roles within the company, including CRM Supervisor and Japanese Support Agent, focusing on customer service, market research, and translation. Prior to Easygo, Yuto worked as a Fact Checker at InFact and held a position as a Researcher and Project Manager at Factcheck Initiative Japan. Additional experience includes serving as a News Writer at 4ZZZ Radio and contributing to Upstart magazine. Yuto's earlier career includes roles at TV TOKYO CORPORATION as an Assistant to Producer and NHK as Social Media Director. Yuto holds a Graduate Diploma in Communication (Journalism Innovative) from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Nihon University.
