Andy Helsby

Andy Helsby has worked in the IT field since 1995. Andy began their career at Siemens plc as a Helpdesk/Deputy IT Manager and was later promoted to Deputy IT Manager. In 1999, they moved to Azur Business Solutions as a Network Analyst. From 2001 to 2005, they wrote and blogged for Absoblogginlutely.net. During this time, they also worked at EasyIT as a Senior Network Engineer, implementing and managing Microsoft Technology solutions. In 2005, they joined Capital City Consulting Inc. as a Senior Systems Architect, where they were responsible for network infrastructure, system implementation, planning and support. Andy also obtained Microsoft Small Business Specialist for the company.

Andy Helsby obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from The University of Salford in 1994, majoring in Computers, Management and Electronics.
