Andy Hearse

Andy Hearse is an experienced finance and operations professional currently serving as the Head of Operations Insight & Improvement at easyJet since May 2018. In this role, Andy leads efforts to enhance operational performance and customer experience. Prior positions at easyJet included Head of Cost Transformation and Senior Finance Manager overseeing ground operations with a budget of £1.1 billion. Andy's early career included operational experience as a Ramp Agent at Aurigny Air Services. Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Durham University.
