Christopher Bailey

Christopher Bailey has extensive experience in the aviation industry, primarily with easyJet since June 2006, where roles have included Head of Crew Operations, Crew Operations Manager for Cabin Services, and Cabin Services Base Manager. In these positions, Christopher has been instrumental in delivering operational excellence, ensuring quality onboard service, and leading cabin crew performance. Previous experience includes serving as a Crew Performance Manager at London Luton and roles such as Quality Process Coordinator and Crewing Officer. Additionally, Christopher supported the Covid-19 Mass Vaccination programme at Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust and worked as Duty Manager for Sports Services at Leicester City Council. Christopher earned a BA (Hons) in Airline & Airport Management from Buckinghamshire New University and completed a work placement as Cabin Crew with Monarch Airlines.
