Dan Martin

Dan Martin is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a Type Rating Instructor (TRI) at easyJet since January 2020, responsible for delivering various simulator training programs. In addition to this role, Dan also acts as a Training First Officer, providing internal training and leading project initiatives such as the revision of the Initial Operators CRM course. As the Founder of Compass Aviation Flight Equipment & Flight Training, Dan has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a commitment to aviation training as a Flight Instructor at Redhill Aviation. Previous experience includes a role as a Delivery Driver at Argos and training as an Integrated ATPL Student with easyJet cadets. Dan holds a degree in Flight Instruction from Redhill Aviation and has completed A Levels in Maths, Geography, and Systems & Control at Collingwood College.
