Duncan Philip

Duncan Philip has extensive experience in the aviation industry, primarily with easyJet since September 2006, where current responsibilities include leading the Operational Planning department as Head of Operational Planning, ensuring operational readiness and schedule resilience. Previous roles at easyJet included Fleet Optimisation & Allocation Manager, overseeing fleet activities optimization and resilience, and Operations Control Centre Support Manager, managing various operational teams and retaining technical responsibility for flight planning. Prior to easyJet, Duncan worked at Servisair as a Load Controller and gained initial airport experience as a Ramp Agent at Airway Handling. Academically, Duncan holds a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and a Flight Dispatcher qualification from the Sheffield School of Aeronautics.
