Elda Chiaese

Elda Chiaese has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Head of R & D and Schedule Design at easyJet since March 2012, with a progression through various leadership roles including Head of Long-Term and Schedule Development, and Senior Schedule Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of network objectives through effective schedule design, managing team development through Personal Development Plans, and overseeing schedule planning based on operational and commercial needs. Prior to easyJet, Elda worked at Wind Jet Spa as Slot Manager, where duties involved acquiring airport slots and supporting commercial schedule planning, as well as monitoring ground operations. Elda began a career in aviation as OCC Coordinator and Flight Dispatcher at Alisea Airlines and holds a high school degree in aviation from Aviation School.
