Gabriele Ramella

Gabriele Ramella is currently a Cabin Manager Upranker at easyJet, where they promote teamwork and safety procedures while ensuring effective communication across all roles. With extensive experience as a Team Leader and Tour Leader at Fiera Milano from 2009 to 2023, Gabriele developed skills in managing international customers and supervising staff. They also served as a Front Office Agent at Gruppo UNA from 2013 to 2018, where they focused on customer satisfaction and management of reservations.
