James Gardner currently serves as the Head of Trading Performance Improvement at easyJet since November 2022. Prior to this role, James spent 15 years at TUI, where the career progressed from Cruise Trading Assistant to General Manager of Digital Sales & Merchandising. In this capacity, James led trading performance and merchandising strategies for the UK and Ireland market as part of the senior e-commerce team. James's earlier roles at TUI included Senior Digital Trading & Process Manager, Senior Late Trading Manager, and various positions within the cruise sector. James began the career in the travel industry as a Commercial Planning Assistant at Monarch Airlines and later worked as a Sales & Revenue Executive at Tapestry Collection. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from the University of Hertfordshire and completed The Marketing Leadership Masterclass in early 2022.
