James Ren

James Ren is an accomplished network professional with extensive experience in network engineering and management. Currently serving as a Principal Network Engineer at easyJet since February 2017, James manages network services for on-prem Datacentres and acts as Network Architect for the Security Transit Platform in AWS. Prior to this role, James worked at CACI - Network Services and held multiple positions at Sky from January 2012 to February 2017, focusing on network automation and managed services. Earlier experience includes roles as Exams IT Manager at the British Council Beijing and Trade and Investment officer at the British Embassy Beijing. James holds an MSc in IT Application Development from the University of Sunderland and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a focus on English Interpretation and Translation from Sichuan International Studies University.
