Laura Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and change management, currently serving as the Director of Delivery and Change at easyJet since August 2007. With a career that includes various leadership roles such as Head of Service Management and Programme Director for HR, Laura has successfully led multiple HR transformations and recruitment initiatives. Prior to joining easyJet, Laura worked at Sodexo Prestige as an Event Manager and Operations Manager, and at Compass Group in similar operational leadership roles. Laura holds a BA Hons in International Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University, completed in 2003.
