Lydia Cooper

Lydia Cooper has extensive experience in the recruitment and HR functions within easyJet, currently serving as an HR Data Specialist since February 2021, where data accuracy on HR systems is monitored and maintained. Previously, Lydia held various roles including Volume Recruitment Projects Coordinator, Pilot Recruiter, and Pilot Recruitment Coordinator, where the focus was on compliance with industry regulations and managing recruitment processes for pilots and cabin crew. Additional experience includes a role as Cabin Crew Onboarding Coordinator, supporting new cabin crew with documentation and references. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Brunel University of London and a Diploma in Access to HE from Central Bedfordshire College.
