Mary Moore

Mary Moore currently serves as the Group People and Organisation Director at Ricardo plc since April 2021, following a significant tenure at easyJet as Head of HR for Group Operations, a position held since May 2010. Prior experience includes roles as an Interim HR Consultant at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where responsibilities focused on organizational development for the European Supply Chain, and Head of HR Sales at Yell Group, where leadership of the HR team aimed to enhance sales capability. Mary has an extensive background with Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd, holding various positions over a decade, including Head of Organisation Development and HR Manager roles in different domains. Earlier experience includes work as a Personnel Officer at Rothmans of Pall Mall (International) Ltd. Mary Moore holds a BA in Geography from Durham University and an MSc in Strategic HR and Employee Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
