Matthew Rogers has extensive experience in both aviation and healthcare transformation. Currently a pilot with easyJet, Matthew is part of the OMB Review Team, focusing on streamlining operations manuals to enhance efficiency and safety standards. Prior to easyJet, Matthew served as a Transformation Consultant at the NHS Transformation Unit, leading strategic changes in healthcare systems, and managed the COVID-19 vaccination service at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Matthew began a career in aviation as a First Officer and has previous experience as Cabin Crew with Monarch Airlines and an Operations Advisor at On the Beach. Educationally, Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Aviation Pilot Practice from Middlesex University and a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design & Photography from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
