Mehdi Gana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and training within the aviation and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product - Service Recovery at easyJet, Mehdi is instrumental in developing and delivering long-term proposition strategies and managing ancillary product portfolios to enhance customer value. Previous roles at easyJet include Airport Experience Product Manager and Senior Proposition Manager, where duties encompassed leveraging customer insights for product innovation and leading competitor research. With prior experience at The Minacs Group and Hewlett-Packard, Mehdi has demonstrated expertise in training supervision, resource optimization, and enhancing employee performance to drive exceptional customer service.
