Miguel S. has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as the Inflight Retail – Data and Analytics Manager at easyJet since January 2019, following roles as Senior Schedule Optimisation Analyst and Schedule Planner. Prior to easyJet, Miguel S. worked at Norwegian as a Crew Planner for Flight Deck Long Haul from April to December 2018. From January 2010 to April 2018, Miguel S. held various positions at Ryanair, including Cabin Crew Base Supervisor and Inflight Senior Cabin Crew as Customer Service Supervisor, contributing to the operational management of European bases. Miguel S. is also pursuing a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship at Cambridge Spark from January 2023 to July 2024.
