Neil Doherty

Neil Doherty has extensive experience in the aviation industry, primarily with easyJet since May 2003, where Neil has held various leadership roles including Head of Crew Planning, Flight Operations Manager - Country Manager, and Roster Production and Development Manager. In these positions, Neil has been responsible for managing the production of monthly rosters for over 7000 crew members and overseeing resource and strategic planning for crew requirements in a low-cost, high-growth environment. Additionally, Neil has experience in simulator planning and supplier contract management. Prior to joining easyJet, Neil served as Flight Crew Compliance Manager and Flight Training Manager at Britannia Airways from January 2000 to May 2003.
