Pierre Coursimault

Pierre Coursimault is currently serving as the Base Captain at easyJet in Lyon, a position held since 2021. They previously worked as a First Officer on the A320 at easyJet from 2011 to 2016. Pierre has extensive experience in aviation engineering, having held roles such as Flight Controls Engineer at Alenia Aermacchi from 2009 to 2011 and as an Engineer for flight qualities of the NH90 at Eurocopter from 2006 to 2007. They earned a Master of Science in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Nantes and a Commercial Pilot License from Oxford Aviation Training. Additionally, Pierre played an active role in organizations like the European Cockpit Association and IFALPA between 2014 and 2018.
