Ricky Hardy

Ricky Hardy is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Lead Liaison Engineer (Base Maintenance) at easyJet since August 2010. In this role, Ricky provides central liaison and contract leadership between the Maintenance Repair Organizations and easyJet, ensuring effective performance of the maintenance supply process. Ricky's responsibilities have included overseeing competency assessments, assisting in commercial and contractual management, managing audit findings, and providing onsite liaison support. Prior to this position, Ricky held various engineering roles at easyJet, including Fleet Support Engineer (MOC) and Contract B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer, specializing in troubleshooting and maintenance of aircraft. Ricky's previous experience includes roles at Finnair, Monarch Aircraft Engineering, Sabena Technics, and several other maintenance organizations.
