Susan Collingridge

Susan Collingridge is currently the People Experience Director at easyJet, bringing over 20 years of HR expertise to the role. An accredited FCIPD professional, Susan's previous positions include Group Talent and Capability Director and multiple leadership roles at Tesco, where they focused on people strategy, organizational design, and talent development. Susan holds a 1st class BA Hons in Business Studies from The Robert Gordon University, completing their degree in 2001.
