Pooja Samuel has a wealth of work experience in the HR and administrative operations field. In 2014, they began their career as an Administrative Operations Specialist at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. where they provided white-glove assistance to VIP clients. In 2016, they moved to Workbar as a Space and Community Manager, where they were responsible for delivering centralized, high-level oversight of business development initiatives. In 2018, they took on the role of Office Manager at Lovepop, where they developed procedures critical in achieving organizational goals, particularly in staff development, engagement, and retention. In 2019, they became People Operations Lead at mabl, where they proactively enhanced, diversified, and strengthened the workforce while managing administrative and full-cycle HR operations. In 2021, they were appointed Director of People Operations at GreenCare Collective, where they provided executive oversight across all aspects of HR activity while ensuring strict compliance with all regulations, including those specific to the cannabis market. Currently, they are People Operations Manager at EasyLlama - HR & Compliance Training For Modern Teams.
