Orest Firsov

Orest Firsov is a PhD candidate at the Centre de Recherche en Economie de Grenoble, focusing on the organizational impact of intelligent automation on industrial firms. In addition to academic research, Orest serves as an editor for Easynomics, a French pop-science journal, and has co-founded New Body Technology, which develops innovative solutions in healthcare and wellness. Teaching experience includes courses in industrial organization, international economics, inferential statistics, and SAS at the Faculty of Economics in Grenoble. Previous roles include consulting for SMARTOX in international business development, leading communications for Innov' & Conseil Junior, coordinating youth projects for the Global Synergy Foundation, and assisting the FLEX Alumni Coordinator at American Councils for International Education. Orest holds multiple degrees from Université Grenoble Alpes and Grenoble Ecole de Management, alongside a foundational year in the FLEX program in the United States.
