Growth Product Manager at EasyPark

Max Källbacka has a diverse work experience in various roles. Max started their career as a Marketing Trainee at Ideakone Oy in 2011, where they contributed to team activities such as social media management, customer research, and market analytics. Max then worked as a Marketing Assistant at the Management Institute of Finland MIF in 2012, where they updated and managed the CRM system and participated in lead qualification activities.

In 2013, Max joined EasyPark Group as a Customer Care Agent, building and improving customer relations while providing troubleshooting on orders and payments. Max then moved on to become a Process Driver, leading and managing continuous operational/process improvement for payment method products.

Max's next role at EasyPark Group was as a Product Owner, where they drove product development in a cross-functional manner and developed and rolled out products for international markets.

Currently, Max holds the position of Growth Product Manager at EasyPark Group, where they run high velocity growth experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and monetization, and drives the ideation, planning, development, and launch of new products and features in support of growth goals.

Max Källbacka obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Arcada University of Applied Sciences in 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In November 2021, Max completed the "Mastering Product Management" program from Reforge and also became a "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" through the Scrum Alliance. In May 2021, they completed the "Advanced Growth Strategy" certification, also from Reforge.
