Stephen Goodrich

Stephen Goodrich has a vast work experience spanning several industries. Stephen currently holds the position of President & CEO at Easy Pay Solutions, a role they started in March 2021. Prior to this, they served as President & CEO at ZipLine (formerly National Payment Card Association) from February 2013 to July 2020, where they guided the management team in strategic planning and execution of initiatives in alternative payments, ACH, loyalty, and mobile payments. ZipLine was later acquired by Professional Data Solutions.

Stephen also has experience in other ventures and associations. Stephen was part of the ownership group for the Maine Red Claws (Maine Celtics) from 2007 to 2019, bringing NBA developmental basketball to Portland as an affiliate of the Boston Celtics. Stephen was also the Majority Partner at Yankee, Brunswick and Rockland Ford from 2015 to 2020, where they helped the dealership become the number one Ford dealer in Maine.

In addition, Stephen founded and served as the CEO of PowerPay, Inc. from June 2003 to November 2011. Under their leadership, the company became a successful payment services provider and achieved recognition on the Inc 500 list in 2008. PowerPay was later acquired by EVO Payments International.

Stephen's career also includes their role as President & Founder of First Merchants Bancard Services (FMBS) from November 1989 to August 2002. During this time, they co-founded and managed an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) focused on exceptional service and relationship management. FMBS was subsequently acquired by iPayment, Inc.

Through their various roles and experiences, Stephen Goodrich has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills in the payments and financial industries.

Stephen Goodrich attended the University of Rhode Island from 1985 to 1988, where they studied Urban Affairs. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree during that time.
