Janae Galindo

Janae Galindo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer enablement and digital resource management. Currently serving as the Sr. Customer Enablement & Programs Manager at Qualio since November 2021, Janae previously held several roles at XANT.AI from May 2014 to October 2021, including Business Enablement & Digital Resources Manager, Operations & Enablement Specialist, and Senior Technical Implementation Consultant. In these positions, Janae focused on enhancing product value, streamlining training for Sales and Customer Success teams, and producing customer-facing documentation. Earlier experience includes roles as a System Administrator at Clark County School District and Marketing Director at First Franklin Financial. Janae holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
