Tom Butt

Tom Butt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer success, currently serving as Senior Manager for both areas at EasyPost since October 2023. Previously, Tom co-founded and held the role of Chief Customer Success Officer at Elevate from June 2020 to October 2023, and served as Principal at Summit Advisory Team LLC, which specializes in omnichannel and supply chain advisory services for the Retail and Consumer Products sectors. Additional roles include Managing Partner at Altitude Insights Ltd., and various positions at Kohl's, including Staff Product Manager - Technology and Ecommerce Operations Manager, from September 2012 to May 2020. Prior to that, Tom worked as a Consultant at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, and held project consultant roles at UW E-Business Consortium. Educational credentials include a MS in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate in Business Environment and Social Responsibility from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Universitat Politècnica de València.
