Karolis Skiparis

Karolis Skiparis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Karolis currently serves as the Head of Development at EasyPractice since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Growth Hacker at Databoard from September 2017 to March 2018, where they were responsible for implementing an automated sales funnel and creating a structured content marketing strategy. Karolis also worked as a Project Manager at Lean Technologies and KEMDU in 2017, where they managed teams and handled various project-related tasks. From 2013 to 2017, Karolis worked independently as a Project Manager, Sales, and Founder at www.genijus.lt, where they successfully completed numerous projects in different countries. In 2015, they participated in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program and sourced front-end development for a Lithuanian company. Moreover, Karolis has experience as an event promoter, sales, and marketing co-founder, web project manager, and event organizer in the respective companies they worked for.

Karolis Skiparis has a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Management from Roskilde University, which they obtained between the years 2017 and 2020. In 2018, they participated in an Erasmus+(non-EU) Exchange program at Al Akhawayn University, where they also focused on Social Entrepreneurship and Management. Karolis received their Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Journalism from Vilniaus Pedagoginis Universitetas between 2008 and 2012. Karolis also had an Erasmus experience at Universidade de Coimbra in 2011, again studying Sociology/Journalism. Furthermore, in 2016, they attended Adobe Illustrator courses at Vilnius College of Design.
