Luis Hernandez

Luis Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the field of technology. Luis started their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Dolphin Imaging & Management Solutions in 2013 and worked in that role until 2014. Luis then took on the role of Support Tech Lead in 2015, where they demonstrated proficiency in network hardware and support desk software. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Tier 2 Senior Support Specialist at the same company.

In 2017, Luis joined PUC National as an IT Analyst, utilizing their skills in analyzing and managing IT systems. Concurrently, they began working as a Freelance Frontend Web Developer and Wordpress developer, showcasing their expertise in web development.

Most recently, Luis joined EasyRx in 2021 as a Software QA Engineer, where they are responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products.

Throughout their career, Luis has proven to be an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex technical issues and providing timely resolutions to problems.

Luis Hernandez attended ITT Technical Institute-Sylmar from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Luis'sfield of study focused on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
